Role Overview

This is an ideal opportunity to work within a small but ambitious sales consultancy where fast learners and high achievers will advance to leading positions.

Bonuses: You will be paid on each lead which converts into a sale and paid higher commission for all deals you convert yourself. Bonus OTE of £30,000.

This is a full-time role and but candidates looking for flexible working or a part-time internship will be considered.

Description

-Demonstrate strong product knowledge and ability to articulate our value proposition
-Regularly source new leads through Internet, emails, calls and social platforms
-Be confident and display a good manner on the phone
-Be self-sufficient, organised and able to manage own workload
-Be articulate in all methods of communication
-Follow up on enquiries to qualify that they are the right type of company we can help
-Attend and represent the brand at networking events
-Your involvement would initially be at the very first stage of the sales process.
-When a positive response comes back the MD will take over and you will join him on any subsequent meetings/conference calls so you can learn about the full scope of the campaign. Once you are comfortable enough, the role can advance to you being responsible for controlling the whole sales cycle

Responsibilities

-The ideal candidate will have experience in one of the following – sales, business development or lead generation.
-Will also consider people who are fast learners and have an good understanding of what drives businesses commercially as excellent training will be provided
-Genuine passion for sales and lead generation and a passion for learning and creating business opportunities.
-You would be required to be pro-active with your lead generation.
-Strong written and verbal communicator
-Good Understanding of business and commercial awareness
