Entertainment lawyer for High Profile Film

  • Internship
  • Central Waterford (New London County)

Job description

We are in post production of a documentary feature film which lifts the lid on the foreign aid industry and points to how we can move the needle on poverty. We are currently seeking a passionate recently graduated lawyer who specialises in entertainment law to help support the full impact of this project as well as maximized worldwide exposure. We require the usual set of agreements and templates adapted to our needs. We are also working with a New York based pro bono law firm. You would gain real production house experience and mentoring.

The film features an all-star cast of great thinkers, 8 Nobel Laureates, philanthropists and cultural icons. There hasn't been a landmark film on aid and we consider this to have the potential to spark a wide public debate and to therefore set into motion a Real Aid movement, to move wide audiences to act, to help level the playing field for the world's poorest people. It’s no underestimation that dramatic change is needed when we even try to comprehend just how half the world’s population battle against hunger, disease and stigma on a daily basis.

Notable award-winning photographers along with international NGOs & institutions have already generously donated usage of their spectacular imagery, footage, and artistry in support of the project’s bold aims.
