Overview
The Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to their assigned department. This position requires a detailed understanding of Microsoft Office as well as the ability to communicate effectively when dealing with other associates, supervisors, operations managers, and staff. Depending on work volume the Admin can be tasked with various tasks from other departments as well as overtime when needed.

Available Schedules:
· Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM
Responsibilities
· Provides administration support for department.
· Assists with set up and tear down of events
· Provides Photography and Videography during all events and uploads them on our Sharepoint.
· Coordinate administrative activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
· Maintain and create SOPs, Training Checklists, and related documentation.
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
· Assure administrative functions are processed in a timely manner.
· Support other areas as needed
· Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
· Use independent judgment and be self-motivated
· Must be detail oriented.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
· Ability to read, write, utilize a computer, Camera, and Microsoft Office, conduct business related mathematics and analyze data as required.
· Bring problems to the attention of the supervisor, manager, EHS manager or HR manager.
· Follow daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
· Maintains confidentiality at all times.
· All other duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
· Required to sit (stationary position) at a computer workstation and/or desk for a full shift.
· Required to work on the shop floor to obtain pictures and videos to add to SOPs, documentation, and sharepoints.
· Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
· While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to communicate using various methods.
· Based on business necessity associates may be required to temporarily work in other locations that require different physical demands.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED
· Minimum of 6 months previous experience preferred
· Comprehensive experience working with Microsoft Office including Excel, Document creation, photography and videography.
· Basic proficiency in speaking and understanding English* to comprehend safety instructions, participate in safety drills and effectively communicate in case of emergencies.
*This requirement is critical to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. It is not a requirement of Foot Locker that employees speak English only while at work.
Work Environment:
This position works in an office setting within a Distribution center with a need to be on the DC Floor at times. The position will have limited outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, Cameras and copy machines. Based on business necessity associates may be required to temporarily work in other locations as well as overtime as needed that require different physical demands.
Benefits
Compensation Rate: This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Compensation is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. to also include the following below:
· $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
· Performance review annually, during the year-end appraisal process will determine your merit increase for the year.
Peak Season Attendance Bonus: Earn a $120.00 Attendance Bonus per week. (Eligibility and policy rules will apply)
Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and you both obtain $900 (Paid out in four increments - Eligibility and policy rules apply)
