Overview

(This is an onsite fulltime role in our Junction City - Distribution Center Location )

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Supply Chain Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring and onboarding process across our three distribution center locations. The TA Coordinator will handle a variety of administrative and data-entry tasks essential to the talent acquisition process. This includes processing background checks, requesting system access, updating hiring records, and supporting operational needs throughout the candidate lifecycle. This role will also assist with on-site hiring events, providing logistical support such as candidate check-in, materials preparation, and coordination with hiring managers and recruiters.

Responsibilities

·  Perform administrative and data-entry tasks related to hiring and onboarding, including initiating background checks, processing access requests, and updating candidate records.
·  Coordinate and schedule interviews (video, and in-person) between candidates, and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure an exemplary candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate, organized documentation for candidates and new hires.
• Provide candidates with responsive support, addressing questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with planning and execution of on-site hiring events (e.g., candidate flow, event logistics, materials support).
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to maintain a consistent and efficient recruitment process.
• Support additional administrative tasks and team projects as needed.
Qualifications

·  High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Benefits

The base range is $22/hour-$25/hour, this range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
