Overview
Foot Locker’s supply chain is the backbone of delivering a seamless experience to our customers across Europe—both in-store and online. Our network includes over 600 retail stores, a recently opened omni-channel warehouse in Haps, and a third-party logistics (3PL) facility in Corby, UK. Together, these hubs ensure timely fulfillment of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) orders and replenishment for Wholesale (WTS) channels.
The Haps facility represents a major step forward in our transformation toward omni-channel excellence. It is designed to integrate with our global system landscape and enable advanced automation and process optimization. The Project Manager, Supply Chain Strategy will support improvement initiatives within the Haps operation, working closely with the internal OPS Support team and engineering teams to enhance flow and efficiency.
Responsibilities
This role supports and manages projects that drive operational improvements and system alignment. Responsibilities include:
· Collaborating with the OPS Support team, a group of specialists focused on continuous improvement in the distribution center.
· Helping to set up improvement projects and timelines, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
· Driving multiple improvement initiatives per year to increase the flow of goods through the Haps facility.
· Working closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment in the setup and optimization of warehouse systems (Vanderlande & Manhattan).
· Supporting the Sr. Project Manager in maintaining a holistic view of operations, ensuring changes do not create sub-optimal processes or negatively impact other areas.
Projects will follow PMBOK standards and Agile principles, requiring structured planning, iterative execution, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
· Experience: 1-3 years in project management or industrial engineering, preferably in highly industrial or automated environments.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with Lean methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
· Ability to work in a matrix organization and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Project and standard project management tools.
· Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
