Overview

Foot Locker is looking for an HR Administrator for the Regional Office based in Puteaux.

Our company, a leader in the distribution of sports footwear, has over 150 stores located throughout France and employs 1800 people across its stores and headquarters.

You will report directly into the HR Manager, within a professional and experienced HR team operating in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Providing administrative support for HR topics such as;

 

·  Process contracts/addendums in the HRIS system,
·  Manage healthcare insurance, follow up of employee’s registration and request 
·  Absence leave management
·  Responsible for the approval of Internship agreements
·  Manage Employee files and letters received at the office
·  Work on new projects to be implemented
·  Follow up of foreign employees procedures 
·  Weekly internal/external reporting
·  Manage labor injury process 
Qualifications

·  A training level from Bac + 3 to Bac + 5
·  Some relevant experience in HR (ideally within a similar industry) is appreciated.
·  A strong communicator, an active listener, and able to build professional relationships with individuals at all levels in the business.
·  Fluent in spoken and written English and local language.
·  Enthusiastic, goal-oriented and a team player with a desire to learn.
·  Highest levels of ethics and integrity.
·  Experienced in MS office.
