The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Services team. Our Customer Service representatives are the primary point of contact for all non-sales related enquiries. We aim to provide above and beyond service by:
- Building customer confidence in Fine+Rare’s ability to manage their needs professionally and to exceed customer expectations
- Solving any issues with initiative, probing for required information across departments to find the best solution for the customer
- Being an ambassador for Fine+Rare’s services at all times with 100% commitment to customer satisfaction
Daily duties as a Customer Service representative include (but are not limited to):
- Arranging UK and international deliveries
- Providing customers with wine inventories
- Taking payments for invoices
- Email and phone contact with customers to solve any issues
Required skills:
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience of customer interaction and an excellent track record of communication and people skills.
He or she must be very organised, able to multitask and prioritise in a high pressure environment. Ability to work as part of a close-knit team is also important. An interest in wine would be an advantage, but not essential.
The role would suit someone ambitious and hardworking looking for an opening to a career in a customer facing environment.
