- Frames Division is looking for a Junior Financial Controller m/f for its site in Sao Joao Da Madeira, PR.
The VIE Junior Central Controller is in charge of securing the implementation of controlling basics in all the location of the Division, providing the managers a reliable view of their expenses, and the Division a consolidated view of the financial performance.
The main missions of the role are to:
Ensure all financial related procedures and tools are implemented and followed
Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia Finance related procedures, and 9 internal control basics
Formalize internal control audit report including action plan
Perform the follow-up of action plan
Ensure consistency and standardization of controlling processes within the division
Provide reliable financial/controlling informations to the management
Support all forecasting processes (budget, periodic forecast, …)
Ensure reliability, consistency, transparency and delay compliance of reporting process
Provide all necessary consolidated controlling analysis including R&D Site budgetary control, projects and programs monitoring
Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing proper finance information
The missions could be adapted according the candidate’s profile.
The length of the VIE is 12 months (renewable once until 24 months).

The ideal candidate will have/be :
Masters Degree in Finance
Motivated by a challenging position and high level of autonomy
Ability to manage uncertainty and resist to stakeholder pressure
Demonstrated strong communication skills and autonomy
Good knowledge of acccounting
First experience in controlling
Ability to challenge status quo and implement effective changes to improve controlling performance
Fluent in french and english, every other language is a plus
