Our Faurecia Interiors System – Europe Division is looking for an HR Deputy M/F for its Acoustic & Soft Trim Production Plant in Eselborn – Luxemburg.
The main missions of the role are:
- Participation to union meetings and follow-up of actions
- Training Plan Process : organization & follow-up
- Training of operators on mastery workstation, Employee Empowerment basics, TOP5…
- Coaching of GAP leaders regarding EE basics implementation
- Recruitment of interns
- Involvement in plant continuous improvement process & Certifications such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, FES, ICB
- Support to other departments on various topics such as Finance, HSE…
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Master’s degree in HR
- Fluent in French, English
- First experience in an industrial sector or first experience in Faurecia
- Strong Microsoft pack office skills (ppt,…)
- Web and multimedia skills
- Ability to work effectively at various levels of the organization and with outside partners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Structured and organization skill
