EV Cables is one of Europe’s largest distributors of Electric Vehicle Charging cables
We’re currently offering Assistant Cable Technician Internships in our cable manufacture section.
Successful interns will need a genuine interest engineering/manufacturing and will work closely with a member of the founding team.
Daily Duties:
Reviewing custom orders
Building custom order cables - full training given
Processing orders across retail and wholesale channels [Amazon Europe, Ebay, EVCables Website]
Updating custom build master sheet
Answering customer order queries
Hours:
Part time to full time
Salary:
This is a paid internship - National Living Wage [£7.20] raising to London Minimum Wage [£9.40 for over 25’s] after 3 months for candidates successfully joining the team on a permanent basis.
Desired profile
Min BTEC/HND Electrical Engineering/Engineering/Design/IT type qualification
Practical electrical engineering skills – Crimping, soldering, testing etc
Candidates must be methodical, and organised
Have excellent administration skills - time management, email answering, data processing
Knowledge of Googlemail, Google Drive, MS Excel, MS Word.
