Poste et missions:
The Site Supervisor oversees each business department and will be required to demonstrate potential and satisfactory progress.
He will :
· Analyze the project and plan the steps and works to develop.
· Indentify the needs of external support for each construction site, determining through Financial and deadlines comparisons which companies might be the most proper bidder.
· Draft bidding contracts verifying all legal rules are obeyed: social security, health and safety, quality…
· Controlling and following-up the works, regarding costs, deadlines and quality, guaranteeing what stablished in contact.
· Maintain and prepare all corresponding certifications.
· Appreciate and value the Works, reporting productivity.
· Control work costs and ensure the correct allocation.
· Monitoring the receipt and payment of invoices by suppliers and providers.
Profil:
This is an entry level job :
- A master in Science of Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering technology or Construction Management is required
- Proficient PC skills
- A first experience in the construction industry is preferred
- High level of Spanish is mandatory
