Within the Group Marketing department, the Brand team is in charge of defining and implementing the multi-Brand architecture & Brand strategy as well as the related Brand awareness surveys. The team is also managing Corporate Identity compliance and harmonization throughout the Europcar network.
The loyalty team is in charge of managing Europcar International’s loyalty scheme (named Privilege), by defining strategic orientations, rules and rewards management. The loyalty team is also in charge of the programme’s CRM activation & digitalization.

Core functions:
- Manage the global brand assets web platform to ensure a consistent Brand Message: maintain a secured access per user profile per asset (photos, videos, logo, guidelines, countries best practices), share new content, update usage rights info, give feedback on local creative approval processes
- Manage the global centralised goodies web shop: keep the platform attractive by proposing with the supplier improved, innovative, attractive and modern advertising merchandising items ("goodies") in line with the brand positioning of each brand
- Assist the Brand project manager in the approval process of Brand key images and key messages for Global Trade Fairs with the Sales team
- Loyalty CRM: Support on the new lifecycle and promotional emails, and updates of all communication platforms accordingly
- Privilege Digitalization: Support on new digital developments, on both Europcar website and Europcar Applications: Users stories, design, testing phases
- Privilege4partners: Support on briefing the external supplier and testing the final website on specific co-branded recruitment platforms for B2B & B2C key partners

Profil recherché

Previous experience
-Previous experience in operational marketing
-In an International environment is a plus

Education level
-Within or at the end of a Masters in Business School degree or equivalent

Languages
-English written and spoken fluency is mandatory
-French written & spoken fluency also required to manage relationships with some of the brand & loyalty suppliers

Computer skills and software used
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft pack office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is essential
-Photoshop & offline print expertise is a plus
