Position Summary
The role is in EY GDS MBA. EY has a compliance and quality review process in place called SCORE (System for Communication Oversight Review and Evaluation). This process enables the review and approval of materials by a team of reviewers who focus on different aspects of our content. This ensures that our content is accurate and appropriate and promotes our global positioning and visual identity (VI). The VI SCORE reviewer will assist the Global Brand Management team by reviewing material from a VI compliance perspective. The person will also answer general queries on VI compliance and brand raised by various global clients. The candidate should understand graphic design and brand management from a visual branding perspective. Any experience in quality assurance in this domain will be preferred.

· A thorough knowledge of overall branding and its visual identity.
· Knowledge about designing and how designing can influence good brand compliant creatives.
· A good understanding of quality assurance as part of the design process.
· Experience in marketing and brand consultancy.
· Proven skills as influencer and communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good presentation skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences including senior management.
· Attention to detail is required along with problem solving skills.
Desirable skills
· A creative/graphic design background and good understanding of firm-standard design tools, platforms and their functionality.
· Ability to work under swift turnaround times in a rapidly changing environment.
· Experience in training – design/brand.
· Strong work ethics, team spirit and inter-personal skills.

· Thoroughly understand and keep up to date with EY’s brand principles and guidance on our VI system, advertising and digital (videos and social media).
· Prepare monthly trend analysis to report areas of non-compliance observed during reviews conducted in the month.
