MBA_Event Management Coordinator _ Associate Level
Working as a member of the wider Event management CoE team, the successful candidate will focus on supporting different phases of planning and execution of an event, ensuring that every encounter delivers a personal experience for each stakeholder.
The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the event activities.
This will include:
· Support in the project management of marketing and events activities targeting both external and internal audiences including:
· Event preparation
· Participant management
· Managing attendee communication
· Facilitating vendor onboarding for events
· Content and database management
· Logistics and event execution
· Event–related research and analysis
· Support Event marketing communication
· Post–event activities
· Research for clients and marketing events.
· Work with internal stakeholders and marketing contacts to coordinate the client invitation and nomination process.
· Event delivery support for other programmes
· Use of event management and CRM software systems
· SharePoint management
· Working with the Onshore Manager to support Internal and External Communications for marketing communication
· Ensure on-time delivery & compliance to KPI’s
· The ability to provide an input / guidance into creative mailings
· Confidence to meet with virtual stakeholders to identify follow up activities
· Driving commitment to ensure timely follow up & follow through on delivery
· Supporting the onshore Manager with the Co-ordination of aligned campaigns by proactively driving specific elements such as videos, podcasts, web presence, instant mags and social media to a time critical deadline
· Liaising with the business designers to drive website development for the key solution areas

Job Requirements:
Education:
· Graduate in any related discipline e.g. Marketing, Business Studies or creatively similar
Experience:
· 1 to 6 Years in BPO services/Project Co-Ordination.
· Experience in multiple systems and applications
· Experience of working in a Marketing environment
· Experience working with clients from different countries
· Experience working in a business where the primary spoken language is English.
