The opportunity

Your challenge
As a member of a team of Assignment Services professionals you will provide excellent service to a wide range of multinational client companies. Your main priority will be providing end-to-end assignment management administration and policy development. It’s a truly tailored service with plenty of variety. The service that you deliver, covers all mobility policies; permanent, long-term, short-term, commuter and similar variations.

Your responsibilities
·  Assist by the creation and review of assignment documentation (cost estimates, balance sheets, letters of assignment, etc.) including the calculation of assignment compensation
·  Assist  by ongoing assignee contact in relation to their assignment, including assignment briefings
·  Assist by compliance and relocation supplier coordination
·  Identifying issues or challenges and proactively escalating them to management de individuele werknemers- en uitkeringsaspecten in onze overwegingen.

Dit ben jij
·  Je zit in de laatste fase van of bent recent afgestudeerd voor de WO opleiding Fiscaal Recht of Fiscale Economie;
·  Je hebt 0 tot 2 jaar relevante fiscale werkervaring;
·  Je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met grensoverschrijdende arbeid;
·  Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
·  Naast je studie heb je jezelf op verschillende manieren ontwikkeld, bijvoorbeeld tijdens een relevante stage, een bestuursjaar of andere nevenactiviteiten;
·  Je bent bereid om de driejarige opleiding van de Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs (NOB) te volgen.
