Job description
As a member in the Talent Services you will be responsible for answering functional queries on various processes for the MENA Recruitment Team . Work closely with the recruiters, providing recruitment support for all Service line.
· Deliver recruitment and selection activities for Experienced and Graduate Hire
· Develop strong relationships with internal managers and external parties
· Support the recruitment planning processes, consult on and design sourcing strategies
· Candidate management including sourcing, screening, interviewing and testing, reflecting all activities on Taleo
· Support the firm’s strategy of direct hiring through use of online sites and sourcing through job portals
· Support vacancies through other appropriate channels e.g. social networking sites/events
· Support referrals and internal mobility
· Support in Interview Scheduling across all Service Line
· Preparation of Offer letters
· Assist in preparing Recruitment Reports
· Support to develop and maintain relationships with recruitment vendors, using those on the PSL when direct routes have been exhausted;
· Assist with best practice and performance improvement HR projects
Client responsibilities
Support HR processes like: HR Management Application, MIS Reports, Surveys, Learning & Development- subject matter expertise in the areas.
· Respond to client requests through email/telephone
· Completing all assignments & ensuring quality keeping the timeliness.

· Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
Education:
· Experience using Taleo or similar RMS
· Excellent Communication skills- Written & Spoken
· Should be Proficient in MS office suite (MS Excel) & Analytical skills
· High attention to detail, clarity
· Client serving mind set.
· Hard working, be able to stay focused when doing repetitive work, and remain calm during challenging assignments.
· Knowledge of recruitment best practice
Experience:
· 0-3 years’ recruitment experience
· Experience with in-house or consulting or shared services would be an added advantage
Education:
· Graduate / Post Graduate
