The opportunity

Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy, which provides the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firms' employees achieve their goals. You might develop and implement strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, training tools, compensation, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes or other initiatives.

Responsibilities

·  Support a wide range of HR activities including but not limited to onboarding and exit arrangement, training programs administration, employee relations and performance management, and staff engagement;
·  Support Talent Consultants in the implementation of people strategies and initiatives;
·  Assist in the formulation and review of HR policies, procedures and workflow to improve overall efficiency of Talent practice;
·  Ensure compliance with internal policies and protocols, support HR compliance by ensuring adherence to various regulatory requirements and guidance;
·  Support training program managers to identify and fulfill training program requirements, administer onshore and/or offshore logistical arrangements of training programs;
·  Communicate with training facilitators and identify target participants, work with service line group administrators regarding course registrations and keep track of the changes to keep relevant parties updated;
·  Analyze training data (e.g. evaluation, interviews) to provide meaningful findings to address business needs;
·  Monitor program budgets and highlight potential budget overruns;
·  Perform administrative duties such as managing personnel files, preparing presentation slides, administering records in HR systems and providing logistics support on events.
·  Project management, relationship management, program administration and management and venue management skills; 

To qualify for the role you must have:

· 
Bachelor’s degree or above from recognized universities;

· 
1-2 years of HR generalist experience in sizable MNCs;

· 
Proactive, self-motivated, independent, organized and possess strong sense of responsibility;

· 
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

· 
Highlyarticulate and able to work across cultures;

· 
Good command of PC skill in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc;

· 
Fresh graduates will also be considered.
