TEAM BACKGROUND:
RMS team at Ernst & Young plays an important role in managing the internal risks of the firm associated with accepting a new client or an engagement or risks associated with any of our ongoing audit / non audit engagement. Formed in 2007, the RMS team is growing rapidly as a Center of Excellence for all standardized quality / compliance related activities that can be efficiently undertaken from a central location.
The GSS RMS team enjoys good visibility within the global EY rms community and has been involved in the development of some key RMS processes. The team has current staff strength of 300+ people and is poised for growing rapidly in next couple of years.
Job Summary:
The incumbent would be responsible for managing multiple operations-related functions within RMS team in GSS. The role will focus on reporting and monitoring metrics and other data requirements around business performance. The position will work closely with the GSS RMS leadership, and other parts of the organization to produce relevant measures of RMS performance.
In addition, it is a requirement that the role provides project management support around various department-wide initiatives including coordination with various support functions within the organization.
Essential Functions of the Job:
· Responsible for producing daily / weekly /monthly / quarterly / annual reports around KPIs.
· Service ad hoc Reporting and Monitoring requests on an as needed basis.
· Analyze and manage large quantities of data and identify trends to provide meaningful insights
· Develop relevant business monitoring and management insight using KPIs and other measures
· Identify needs, develop plans, and coordinate resources to execute Reporting and Monitoring projects and initiatives.
· Act as a first point of contact for various tool / process related queries for the team.
· Involved in planning, design and implementing various initiatives, policies and procedures that help the team enhance productivity, efficiency and quality of its services.

· Incumbent would routinely be faced with challenges that have not been encountered previously and must consider various possible courses of action before taking or recommending further steps.
· Must be able to work with / influence wherever required people at all levels in the organization.
· Must be able to set and meet deadlines, while working in a multi-tasking and faced-paced working environment.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
· Strong Excel and other standard analytical skills / tool sets.
· Excellent data aggregation, management and synthesis skills.
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
· Ability to participate and work effectively as part of a team as well deliver strongly as an individual contributor.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to prioritize, drive and adapt to change quickly in a fast paced environment.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, MS Visio and MS Presentation is preferred.
· Working knowledge of developing VB-based macro will be an advantage

Job Requirements:
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce
· MBA (preferred)
Experience:
· 3-5 years in organizational support / MIS / analytics
· Demonstrated ability to execute against project plans and expectations
· Demonstrated ability to interact with leadership, stakeholders and constituents
· Professional services firm work experience
