The opportunity

 

We are currently hiring a Senior Consultant to play an active role in building our Learning & Change solution.

 

We are in a transformative time. Companies need leaders and employees who are adaptive, motivated to learn and shift as their organization continually changes. An organization can enable performance through tools, information and processes, but it needs individuals who choose to perform. They must be motivated to change, do great work, and go over and beyond.

 

As companies innovate, elevate and grow their business, they need to prepare their people to adapt and excel.

 

The Learning & Change Senior Consultant will assist EY in taking this solution to our clients.

To qualify for the role you must have

·  The required technical HR skills and experience. These include at least 3-5 years’ experience in most of the following topics:
·  Capabilities strategy development
·  Learning and development
·  Organizational learning and knowledge management
·  Employee performance and enablement
·  Employee experience – Including design thinking
·  HR Service delivery – to deliver employee experience
·  Organizational culture
·  Employee mindset
·  People analytics
·  Fluency in Dutch and/or French
· 
A track record in Learning & Development services

· 
Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs

· 
Knowledge of effective learning and development methods

· 
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

· 
Designing and delivering online/offline training programs in several topics

· 
Assessing the success of training programs

· 
Business development - The candidate must have experience in, and be able to:

·  Network actively
·  Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients;
·  Project management and client service - The candidate must have:
·  Involved in project management
·  A demonstrated track record of building client relationships
·  Acurious, innovative nature that strives to solve client problems in a new way

Ideally, you’ll also have

·  Above average digital and technology acumen
·  Design thinking experience
·  Agile way of working experience
·  Relevant professional experience, working in Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche organizational strategy houses or niche consultancy
·  Digital learning experience (authoring tools, LMS, CMS, LXP, …)
·  Have a primary degree and relevant post-graduate qualification
