SAP Innovation Architect

Job description

Job purpose:

·  SAP Innovation team is looking for an experienced SAP professional, having good analytical skills, has experience in designing & developing framework or tools in SAP Cloud Platform, contributed into performance & code optimization, having desire to solve complex problems, who is Technology agnostic, constantly looks at better ways to do things, open for changes & challenges, can drive & collaborate well.
·  In this role the expectation is to provide a thought leadership in terms of building and designing innovative solutions on SAP Cloud Platform, S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Leonardo Blockchain, IoT, Big Data.
·  The ideal candidate should have knowledge about the entire spectrum of SAP cloud and on-premise offerings and can work as a Solution Architect to define and design complex solutions from requirement gathering phase till taking the solution to market working and managing various client stakeholders.
·  In this role the candidate is also expected to manage and provide the leadership direction to the development teams to ensure timely completion of the development and provide Subject Matter Expert support to remove impediments.

We are looking for the candidates with the following: (Qualifications)

·  BE/B.Tech/MCA with a sound industry relevant experience of 9-11 years

You will need to have:(Core Competencies)
Mandatory skills:

·  SAP Cloud Platform
·  Experience on entire spectrum of SAP Cloud Platform offerings and hands on experience as Solution Architect
·  Experience with SAP HANA on cloud and SAP Leonardo offerings – IoT, Blockchain, Big Data
·  Experience in Fiori Design patterns, knowledge in UI Theme designer
·  Knowledge on Fiori Launchpad configuration 
·  Experience working with the languages (e.g. SAPUI5, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5).

SAP S/4HANA

·  Experience in SAP cross functional process – O2C, P2P, R2R
·  Subject matter expert in one of SAP functional areas and good knowledge on S/4HANA suite
·  Knowledge about the entire spectrum of SAP S/4HANA offerings and Products
·  Experience with Development Tool Kit using HANA studio or Eclipse

Additional Skills

·  Strong experience in developing for user, functional and system requirements
·  Capturing and tracking functional requirements
·  Comfortable in Agile and Scrum deliveries and experienced on the same.

Preferred skills:

·  CSM Certification
·  Hands on Project Management Experience
