We are looking for a Roadshow Facilitator (Secondary Schools) to join the Community Impact Services team in Sydney. This role is offered on a casual basis (typically 30 hours per week over 5 days) with a likely end date being end of school Term 1, 2021.

This exciting role is focused on the delivery of an exceptional digital citizenship program to secondary school-aged students. The program aims to create tangible behaviour change, and teach young people to be safe, responsible and positive online.

This role will involve travel to regional New South Wales, South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania, with adherences to all appropriate health advice and travel requirements.

All travel expenses are covered as a part of the role, including daily per diems. Typically, you will spend up to a week travelling through each region, and return home over the weekends, for no more than 3 consecutive weeks.

Your key responsibilities
·  Deliver exceptional digital citizenship workshops to secondary school-aged students across Australia
·  Build and maintain successful relationships with schools to ensure continued partnerships
·  Achieve KPIs related to workshop quality and evaluation feedback
·  Act as an outstanding brand ambassador for our client

·  Ability to engage, inspire and motivate school-aged audiences through face-to-face mediums
·  Must be able to quickly learn and retain content for presentations
·  As a Facilitator, you must hold a valid and current Working with Children Check, as well as a valid driver’s license, access to your own car and compulsory third-party insurance
·  Flexibility to travel frequently (regionally within NSW and interstate) and be away from home Monday to Friday most weeks
Ideally, you’ll also have
·  Experience with behaviour management and the ability to problem solve on the fly
·  A purpose and values driven attitude – you want to be a part of something good
·  A self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and remotely
