Our Financial Services Advisory Department focuses on banking and capital markets, asset management and insurance to provide Advisory services in the areas of Performance Improvement, Risk and IT to financial services organizations in Luxembourg and in EMEIA.

   

In order to support the growth of our Financial Services Advisory Department, we are currently looking to recruit several:

 

Regulatory Junior Consultants (Financial Services industry) (m/f)

Our Regulatory consultants have a practical approach to regulation and provide our clients with assistance in the transition to new regulatory environments. We analyze the impacts of regulations, help to transform their business and operations, train their staff and help to optimize compliance in a way that enables to seize opportunities while managing risks. This role offers the opportunity for quick onward career progression while working with a broad range of clients.

 

Your responsibilities:

·  You will be part of a dedicated team of business professionals with practical knowledge of the banking, investment management and/or insurance industries;
·  You will provide assistance to financial organizations to ensure they comply with regulations and directives such as MiFID II, PRIIPS, EMIR, IDD, AEOI, PSD2, GDPR;
·  You will participate in regulatory projects that involve assessing impacts and adapting our clients’ business and operating models, control and compliance frameworks;
·  You will support your experienced colleagues in conducting analyses, working and training sessions, in drafting deliverables and in managing implementation projects;
·  You will develop and maintain up-to-date your professional skills and knowledge about the industry, market practices and required standards & regulations.

 

Your profile:

· 
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration or Engineering with a specialization in Finance;

· 
First relevant work experience in the financial industry either in a Big4 firm, in an international consulting or law firm or in a financial services organization;

·  General knowledge of applicable regulatory framework and compliance issues for Banks, Asset Managers or Insurers in Luxembourg (such as MiFID II, PRIIPS, EMIR, IDD, AEOI, PSD2, or GDPR);
· 
Strong business analysis skills, rigorous, reliable, able to work autonomously;

· 
Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients and team;

· 
Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills;

· 
Fluent in English, French and/or German, additional language skills will be considered as an asset.
