Job description

Job purpose:

·  Staff member of a larger team in the Data and Analytics team to work on various Data analytics projects.

The role requires solid Data and Analytics development experience and the candidate must have the ability to:

·        Write effective, scalable code in Python/R/SAS

·        Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance

·        Integrate user-facing elements into applications

·        Test and debug programs

·        Improve functionality of existing systems

·        Assess and prioritize feature requests

·        Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions

·  Interact with client users.

 

Your client responsibilities:

 

·  Need to work as a team member to contribute in various technical streams of Data and Analytics implementation project.
·  Provide product and design level technical best practices
·  Interact with the onsite coordinators
·  Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead

 

Your people responsibilities

·  Building a quality culture
·  Foster teamwork
·  Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

Technical skills requirements

·        BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with adequate industry experience

·        In depth understanding of Big data concepts.

·        Very good experience in writing Python/R/SAS programs .

·        Good communication skills.

·        Proven ability and commitment to working collaboratively toward common goals.

·        Possess effective planning and problem-solving skills.

·        Multi-tasking attitude, equally comfortable operating from within both the technology & business environments.

·        Highly motivated.

·        Focused on a quality outcome.

·        Excellent inter-personal skills.

·        Data Modelling experience.

·         Minimum 4+ years of experience on data analytics projects using Python/R/SAS programs
