The opportunity

 

Due to the growth of our Admin and Workplace Services team, we are looking for an Project Coordinator Associate to support our EY global client, Transaction Advisory Services BMC.

Your key responsibilities

 

Supporting Global BMC Project Managers in various projects including:

 

· 
Corporate processes governance (BRET - Business Relationship Evaluation and Tracking, SCORE – Standard Communication Organization and Retrieval etc.)

· 
Channelizing work to relevant parties involved in project delivery and ensuring achieving of desired results as per agreed scope (time / quality / budget)

· 
Portfolio and Programs management (Financials, Resource and Capacity, Reporting etc.)

· 
Administration of various tools and platforms (MS SharePoint, MS Azure DevOps etc.)

·  Preparing relevant communication and status reports
·  Help with any task that comes your way! It is a developing team with roles that are expanding

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

· 
Fluent English and Polish both speaking and writing is a must

· 
Previous work or project related experience in a global environment

· 
Demonstrated experience in MS Office (well-developed Excel and PPT skills) and fair knowledge of Outlook and Skype

· 
Highly developed ownership skills

· 
Familiarity with SharePoint will be an additional asset

· 
Ability to work in a high pace, agile environment

· 
Strong communication and organizational skills

· 
Analytical and research skills

· 
Flexibility, adaptability and proactive approach

What we look for

We are interested in hiring a team player with previous experience in a global environment, who would like to perform project support role and drive the functioning of our internal teams. The ideal candidate should speak fluent Polish and English and have well developed Excel and Power Point skills.

We are interested in people with the right attitude for the job! You will need a balance of technical and analytical skills, a creative approach to work and strong communication skills on the other hand.

You should be able to independently complete your regular responsibilities according to deadlines, have a positive attitude, an open mind and “out of the box” thinking mindset. You should be flexible and open for challenges and changes.
