This is a fantastic opportunity to joinEY’s UK On- Site Services Team

 
Your Key Responsibilities:

This role will be to assist in the co-ordination of tasks which relate primarily to procurement within the On-site Services team.  Reporting to the OSS Procurement/ Asset Management Coordinator, the role is currently based in More London Place, London.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

Procurement of IT Hardware & Software:
·  Liaise with external suppliers and EY global procurement to provide quotations
·  Complete the EY IT approval process
·  Raise and track orders through to delivery 
·  Validation of invoices against orders ensuring goods have been received
·  Validate coding on invoices

Manage procurement requests (which are raised via our ServiceNow tool as a ticket):
·  Ensure all stages of the request are updated within the ticket
·  Ensure the ticket is completed within a timely manner or passed onto the relevant team
·  Liaise and update the business regarding the progress of their request

Create and edit knowledge articles relevant procurement team. Collaborate with other team members to produce articles for publication.

Other tasks to assist OSS Procurement/Asset Man Coordinator:
·  Queries and escalations relating to Mobile devices and mobile vendor
·  Track asset returns from leavers
·  Data cleansing tasks.
·  Maintain the software library.
·  Allocate hardware from central stock ensuring that all information is recorded (in ServiceNow). Liaise with IT Stores and the Installation team as required. Assist with managing Hardware and consumables stock for all UKI offices
·  Ensuring appropriate hardware is available for on-site and off-site event support as well as client site support

 
To Qualify for the role you must have:

·  Administrative experience in a client-driven professional environment
·  High standard of accuracy and attention to detail with the most routine of tasks
·  Good interpersonal skills with ability to build good team relationships

Ideally, you’ll also have:

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise an often conflicting workload
·  Proficient in Excel /Word/Outlook
·  Good customer facing skills
·  Professional, confident, credible, enthusiastic team player with a flexible, “can do” attitude
·  Ability to form networks with staff at all levels and influence effectively
·  Supportive of management
·  Flexible proactive approach
