The Procurement’s Governance, Risk Management and Compliance team is responsible for the global and local procurement policies and processes, supporting the procurement categories on supplier risk due diligence and the review of compliance.

 

The opportunity

We are looking for a Risk & Compliance Senior Associate to join our global Procurement Team. If you enjoy business research and analysis but also like communicating with our team colleagues, stakeholders and external suppliers in the global environment, this job is just perfect for you.

You will support the Procurement’s Governance, Risk Management and Compliance team with managing supplier due diligence and compliance review activities.

 

Overall, the successful candidate will have strengths in research, analytics and experience in a Risk Management, Compliance or a Supplier Relationship Management function. 

Your key responsibilities

·  Monitor and support suppliers registering to EY supplier portal
·  Initiate ABC due diligence if required
·  Conduct supplier’s financial and other supplier risks due diligence
·  Maintain due diligence results in data base
·  Constant process efficiency review and implementation of process automation
·  Collaborating with suppliers for information accuracy
·  Collaborating with sourcing managers on due diligence results and next steps
·  Collaborating with risk management team on regular basis to ensure process compliance and its optimization opportunities
·  Support the Procurement Governance, Risk Management and Compliance team in conducting internal procurement compliance reviews
·  Report procurement compliance review activities
·  Monitor and support corrective action plan

To qualify for the role you must have

·  Solid experience in a related discipline, Risk & Compliance, Audit, and/or Supply Chain Management
·  Having at least intermediate level of MS Office package (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
·  Attention to details, deadlines is also important for us
·  Very good analytical skills will be also crucial success factor in this role
·  Having good written and verbal communication skills as well as demonstrable research skills, would help you tremendously in performing your daily tasks
·  Able to work to tight deadlines and manage own workflow/priorities accordingly
