EY Technology supports our technology needs through three business units:

Client Technology (CT) - focuses on developing new technology services for our clients. It enables EY toidentify new technology-based opportunities faster, and pursue those opportunities more rapidly.

Enterprise Workplace Technology (EWT) – EWTsupports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-for-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services. EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience.

Information Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.  

What are you going to do?

 

The PMO Analyst is expected to support the Delivery Management team from a process compliance, quality management and financial controlling point of view. It is expected that this role acts as the right-hand of the Delivery Managers ensuring the progress of the Portfolio commitments are monitored and any deviations or changes are captured ahead of time and properly mitigated and visible.

This role will act as a key comminications agent integrating the information flow with the reporting processes and all key stakeholders.

 

 

What do we need from you?

 

To succeed in this role we’re looking for analytical and value oriented capabilities, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients and team

Hands- ond and Can- do attitude are key to this position, in addition to excellent interpersonal, client service, communication, organizational, and project management skills

3 years experience in a medium-to-large environment responsible for medium-to-complex management activities, performing roject or portfolio related activities, or business management including relationship management with key stakeholders

 

Shift: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6PM

Location: Microcentro
