Job description

Job purpose:

Technical Lead in the IT Advisory Services team to provide technical expertise and mentor the staffs in project in the delivery of Java/J2EE Technology based projects for our customers across the globe.

Your client responsibilities:
·  Need to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in implementation project.
·  Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
·  Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
·  Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects
·  Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
·  Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
·  Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis

Technical skills requirements:
·  BE/B.Tech/MCA & MBA with a sound industry experience of 6 to 8 years in Web Application development using Java 5 and above, J2EE, spring 3, Hibernate/ IBATIS, Messaging, Pl/SQL, Stored procedures.
·  Good experience in applying the design patterns.
·  Very strong experience in UI using AngularJS, HTML5, JQuery, JSON, JavaScript, Servlet, JSTL, AJAX and CSS.
·  Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest Java technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.
·  Lead the team to come up with High level solution design in response to RFPs and be an expert in sizing the project and estimating the effort
·  Strong design expertise in Object Oriented Analysis and Design
·  Very strong experience in Java design, coding, testing and debugging techniques and technical troubleshooting.
·  Very strong experience in enterprise level J2EE platforms using J2EE design patterns.
·  Working experience on build tool like Maven or Ant scripts, packaging & deployment.
·  Knowledge of writing Unit test cases and carrying out Unit testing using Junit.
·  Produce quality of deliverables, adhering to standards in areas of code quality, test coverage, monitoring, logging, exception management, operability, and others.
·  Design and develop SOAP based and REST web services
·  Should have strong knowledge and experience on Tomcat or Websphere or Weblogic or JBoss.
·  Exposure to Service Oriented Architecture and Integration frameworks.
·  Version control software exposure SVN (Preferred), VSS, Clear case, PVCS.
·  Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables.
·  Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise systems application development.
·  Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices
·  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred skills:
·  Knowledge of Architectural Pattern
·  Knowledge of Distributed Computing
·  Working skill on Kakfa, Radis, Storm, Nodejs,
·  Experience of working with ESB
·  Working experience on NoSQL and BigData
