Consultant – Advisory, PI Finance

 

About the opportunity

 

We are seeking highly capable and multidisciplinary team members to build our Performance Improvement Finance (PI Finance) offering to our clients. We are seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants.

 

About you

· 
Focus on performance improvement, cost management, activity based costing, financial modelling and helping CFOs to assess and improve their finance function

· 
Work in multidisciplinary teams, provide insights and recommendations on people, processes and systems and work with clients to deliver performance improvements

· 
You will deepen your subject matter expertise as part of a global network of finance advisory professionals and get the opportunity to work on global projects

We are looking for top class Finance Performance Improvement Professionals with all or few of the below mentioned roles:

·  Senior – 5-8 years of consulting experience
·  2 real time projects on any finance functions
·  Experience with finance functions – Cost Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Revenue Accounting, Cost & Profitability planning, Zero Based Budgeting 
· 

· 
Finance function transformation, Strategy, Finance Organization Design

· 
Performance management/ measurement

· 
Cost management & control/ value for money reviews

· 
Financial Organisation/re-structuring Design

·  Knowledge on Financial Consolidation, Cost Allocation and Finance Planning and Budgeting Processes; tools like Oracle Hyperion, BlackLine
·  Knowledge of P2P, R2R, O2C, Fixed Assets, Reconciliation process knowledge
· 
Cost Benchmarking

· 
Controlling Excellence / Business Reporting

· 
Accounting Regulation Change Management – IFRS implementation experience, knowledge on IFRS15/16/17

· 
Managing/ supervising teams of people on project work

· 
Previous operational finance function experience is highly desirable

· 
Open to travel (Domestic & International)

You are ideally a current or past high performer in a global consulting firm who holds a professional accounting qualification (CA,CPA or CIMA Or MBA Finance). You aspire to grow your business networks and have a track record of building strong relationships with high profile clients.
