Performance Improvement Professional

The opportunity
In response to strong market demand, and to support the ongoing growth of our Performance Improvement team, we are seeking additional individuals with strong management skills to enhance our existing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the future growth of our practice and work with a broad range of clients across a number of different sectors.

Requirements:
·  Recognized Ukrainian degree, with specialization in Economics, Finance, Management or IT
·  Strong academic and practical background in Logistic (railway logistic, modelling of logistics network design scenarios, evaluation of scenarios, and identification of operational advantages and risks for implementation etc.) OR
·  Strong academic and practical background in Supply Chain (warehouse management,supply chain management, deep understanding of processes Order to Cash and Procure to Pay etc.) OR
·  Sound experience in IT-systems implementation and relevant processes automation is a major plus
·  Professional attitude and strong communication skills, both written and spoken
·  Excellent analytical skills
·  Excellent knowledge of MS Power Point, MS Excel and MS Word
·  Good business English speaking and writing skills
·  Big 4 experience is an advantage
·  Previous experience in Advisory services or equivalent industry experience of at least 3 years will be a major advantage

Responsibilities:

·  Operational and review, maturity assessments of business functions
·  Data mining and benchmarking with leading practices
·  Design of management information systems, organizational structures, policies and procedures
·  Lead a group / team of junior staff
