Your Key Responsibilities
·
Assist Manager and the team with administrative tasks
·
Draft meeting minutes
·
Support billings
·
Coordinate the efficiency of team deliveries
·
Manage projects timeline
·
Update engagement/client status in database and handle confidential matters
·
Translate documents
· Support as an interpreter in client meetings
To qualify for the role, you must fulfill the following requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Management or related majors
- Proven experience in a similar role for at least 5 year
- Proven a strong commitment employee
- Experience in handling corporate relations
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent computer skills (MSWord, Power Point, Excel)
- Mature, professional and well-organized
- Sharp, quick and intuitive
- Assertive, energetic, sociable and able to be trusted with confidential information
- Good intellectual and analytical capabilities
- Drive, commitment and integrity
- Good influencing skills
- Able to work effectively with both Vietnamese and foreigners at senior levels
