Job Summary:
·  The Operations Administrator processes and/or reviews transactions of a Human Resources (HR) nature in accordance with the established policies and procedures within the EY Shared Services Center with direct supervision. 
·  Key Responsibilities:
·  Performs duties and responsibilities with direct supervision in accordance with established policies and procedures
·  Processes and/or reviews transactions of a Human Resources nature for accuracy and completeness.  Escalates issues as needed.
·  Performs reconciliation and balancing of HR transactions
·  Contacts field members of the Americas People Team (APT), other EY personnel and external parties regarding processing issues as appropriate
·  Prepares and contributes to reporting as directed
·  Assists with special projects as requested
·  Meets production volume and quality standards as outlined by department management

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

·  Responds to customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary and appropriate actions to reach resolution.
·  Uses good judgment in applying concepts and guidelines; follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectively prioritizes assignments; identifies and reports barriers to leadership

Supervision Responsibilities:
Performs duties and responsibilities with direct supervision in accordance with policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills, and experience requirements:

·  Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with supervision, following standard HRSSC procedures.
·  Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that meets or exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines; Identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service.
·  Effective verbal and written communication skills
·  Exhibits a positive can-do attitude and approach to responsibilities; meets new challenges and changes with an open mind; demonstrates commitment to the job.
·  Works effectively with others within the HRSSC, field APT, other EY personnel and external parties
·  Proficient with Firm standard technology including Windows, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Intranet, and other APT related applications

Other Requirements:
Working hours, flexible work arrangements and time off  may be limited during specific times due to business demands. All overtime must be approved in advance. 

Experience:
Approximately 1-3 years of experience
