Job summary
The person will be responsible for measuring marketing performance of the team across all channels and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Essential job functions
·
Understand the business needs of tracking any marketing activities and implement tracking to ensure the appropriate tools are set-up for data collection.
·
Provide the Campaign planner & manager with Benchmarking & forecasting data before planning any campaigns and deciding on channel mix
·
Monitoring the performance of the campaigns during the execution period across all channels
·
Perform campaign analysis with key highlights, insights & recommendations for any programs/campaigns
·
Generate reports by creating or using standard report templates and data visualization dashboards
·
Use company-wide accepted metrics based on the measurement framework for any reporting and insight work
Functional Skillset
·
Demonstrable understanding of key marketing concepts such as paid/earned/owned and the customer journey.
·
Understanding of cross channel marketing KPIs
·
Campaign objective driven reporting experience
·
Proven track record in executive summary creation and data presentation skills
·
Experience in drawing insights and recommendations based on the campaign performance data
·
Experince in leadership communication
Technical Skillset
·
Adobe analytics/Double Click/Tag management/Sprinklr/Exact Target analyst/SEO reporting
Years of experience (yrs) - 5-7 yrs

Other Requirements:
· Candidate should be flexible to work extra hours at any part of the year based on business requirements and on ad-hoc basis if need be
· Vacation cannot be availed during the months of June and July of every year owing to business requirements
· Vacation during festive seasons is subject to team composition and business requirement
Job Requirements:
· Education:Graduate (Any)
· Experience:Minimum 1 year in relevant role of handling calls and email interaction
· Certification Requirements: Desirable - Voice and accent certified
