Job description

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects and adhering to processes and methodical approach, while being flexible in working with stakeholders and proposing solutions within a given framework.

Hands-on experience with email marketing applications, preferably Marketo, and an in-depth knowledge of email marketing, is highly preferred, as it will support the campaign deployment efforts and guide the marketers towards campaign maturity and optimization.

This resource will be reporting into a Supervising Associate supportingstakeholders in co-ordinating and implementing Marketo across various regions. The resource would be expected to do 75% project coordination and 25% Marketo tool related work while supporting the BMC team in implementing Marketo across the globe.

Skills Requirement

Essential skills

·        Experience in project coordination with strong organizational skills, would be required to support a PM on the following tasks:

o   Basic Coordination of project meetings - produce, maintain and distribute meeting minutes, project documentation, updates

o   Support PM with the project execution, including inputting project schedules, track status and adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule

o   Follow up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners to ensure on-time project tasks

·        Adjust quickly to changes in stakeholder requirements and global governance

·        Experience in building landing pages, forms, lists, programs, campaigns, etc in Marketo, employing best practices and adhering to global governance and pre-defined templates will be an advantage

·        Manage iterations and revision cycles with stakeholders seamlessly, accurately and efficiently

·        Uphold the highest standards of quality, exercising unfaltering diligence to pre-defined quality assurance (QA) process

·        Generate and share performance reports with relevant stakeholders

·        Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization
