Position: Instructional Designer- Supervising Associate
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 8-12 years of experience

Key responsibilities
·  Experience in designing learning solutions based on client requirements
·  Takes consultative approach to offer solutions
·  Has knowledge of measuring effectiveness of learning solutions
·  Designs solutions that are engaging and effective
·  Previous experience in designing for game and simulation-based learning solutions
·  Experience in developing bite-sized learning and designing for mobile learning
·  Knowledge of Bloom Taxonomy and other adult learning principles
·  Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines.
·  Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team.
·  Knowledge on course development life cycle.
·  Knowledge on US CPE standards is desirable.
·  The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.

·  Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in Learning and design innovative learning solutions
