Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

As a valued member of our Learning team you will be supporting the team with effective coordination and implementation of Learning events and activities across EY.

The opportunity
Our growing team is looking for someone to support the Talent Development Team in successfully coordinating and deploying Learning & Development courses and classes across Oceania.

Your key responsibilities
You will be scheduling Learning and Development courses, classes and events as per the Learning calendar. You will be involved in the coordination of all associated course and class logistics: room bookings, catering, calendar entries, monitoring pre-work completion, participant communications, distributing program materials, setting up classrooms on the day of learning etc. You will coordinate all participant processes (e.g. nominations, enrolments, attendance, evaluation) working closely with our Global Delivery Services Team. You will be liaising with relevant stakeholders across Oceania; including Service Line technical education teams and Talent.

To qualify for the role you must have
·  Superior project management skills including delivery of detailed logistics and operational elements of events
·  Demonstrated success in developing and producing events as a form of learning for participants
·  Demonstrated success managing a wide range of projects and budgets.
·  Proactive driver for refining and improving events upon events.
·  Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels within an organisation
Ideally, you’ll also have
·  Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
·  Exceptional organisational and time management skills including flexibility and resilience skills
·  Excellent problem solving skills
·  Creative and innovative skills
·  Learning, insurance and financial services industry knowledge in an advantage
