Summary

As a Senior Learning Associate, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of high-profile virtual and in-person OTO (client focused, multi-day, large audience) being delivered by the business to ensure an efficient and risk-free awarding of CPE credit.  Identify opportunities for improvement and work with delivery leadership to implement.

·  Review OTO content for CPE pre-approval, verifying that the NASBA checklist has been adhered to, advising and assisting learning sponsor if adjustments need to be made to objectives or how the class is being delivered, so that it adheres to adult learning principles.
·  Advise the OTO learning sponsor on technology platforms, secure producers if virtual or space if physical, and confirm facilitator qualifications. Support the business with all activities associated with CPE submission including managing the certificate of completion and creation of evaluations for external attendees.
·  Counsel facilitators on the process for awarding CPE through the ABC attestation process, stressing the risk involved in non-compliance.
·  Work with learning operations team to help clear the backlog of external and OTO submissions during quarter ends by following up with submitters on missing items and advising submitters what they need to provide.
·  Respond to questions from learners and facilitators attending classes pertaining to awarding CPE credits, requesting special needs, clarification of logistics and questions regarding the EY learning catalog.
·  Facilitate onboarding training for Learning Associates and Learning Liaisons and provide ongoing coaching.

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

·  Applies adult learning principles when reviewing content to confirm that it aligns to the objectives for the event and that all NASBA checklist criteria are met. This includes advising and/or assisting in crafting learning objectives for the event.
·  The Senior Learning Associate confirms polling questions are in alignment with the objectives and content of the class and recommends adjustments if required, to mitigate risk in the awarding of CPE.
·  The Senior Learning Associate is responsible for creating evaluations needed for an OTO, ensuring they align with objectives and are approved by the business.
·  Manages the process by which the external attendee receives a certificate of completion and an evaluation for the event. Collates and documents all records of the event.
·  Works with new technologies including the connected classroom platform, where it is critical that this role is thinking through the user experience for both facilitators and learners.
·  Must be able to identify and resolve challenges and potential issues early, consider various possible courses of action and recommend appropriate course of action. (eg content does not follow NASBA guidelines or adult learning principles).
·  Prioritize daily work while managing multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes in different offices/locations. 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

·  Expertise around the awarding of CPE and why CPE falls under the remit of Risk Management
·  Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors required
·  Working knowledge of adult learning principles.
·  A foundational knowledge of EY learning opportunities.
·  Identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service.
·  Effective verbal and written communication skills.
·  Proficient MS Office Skills with competency in the use of Excel (Pivot tables, vlookups etc.) and Teams.
·  Knowledge of virtual collaboration tools (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams).
·  Responsible for coaching new or less experienced learning associates & learning liaisons.
·  Directs learning sponsors on the actions needed for a class to be awarded CPE.
·  Under-graduate degree or equivalent experience
·  2-5 years of learning, meeting and event services, or hospitality experience
·  Experience working with connected classroom platform
·  Experience in a professional services or corporate environment
