We help our customers creat social and economic values by helping them to make the right decisions about strategic capital management and transactions. In defining strategies, we advise how to increase, invest, optimize and mantain capital. Our teams bring together transactional expers from a variety of functional areas, industries and geographic areas. Our goal is to help to achieve the best possible capital performance, bring value to all stakeholders and meet strategic corporate goals.
As a junior consultant at Strategy and Transaction department, you will become a member of a young team of specialists who are specialized in services such as transaction support, restructuring, capital and debt advice, financial modeling and business valuation.
What you will do
• Participate in survey and preparation of data for pre-investment review (due diligence),
• Map the sales processes and target company transactions
• Analyze accounting and management reports, forecasts, business plans and financial statements of the target companies
• Assist in projects that provide advisory services in areas such as corporate finance, valuation, financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions, as well as transaction support
• Valuate shares and assets of companies for transaction and accounting purposes
What we look for
• Fresh graduate - Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or technical field of study
• Previous work experience in counseling or auditing is an advantage
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Fluent knowledge of English and Slovak is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge MS Excel
• Previous experience with Alteryx, Power Bi is an advantage
• Experience abroad, eg. international internship is a plus
