Junior Consultants & Business Analysts – Digital & IT Transformation, Robotics (fluent in French / Dutch)

Are you a junior professional with one or two years of experience, looking to get into new, exciting fields such as digital transformation, robotics, data & analytics?

We are growing our Advisory team at EY, and we have opportunities for professionals with 1 – 2 years of experience, who demonstrate an affinity with new technologies and an interest in the digital revolution and the shift to a data driven culture, and wish to work on process improvement projects in digital transformation, robotics, data & analytics.
 
The matters we cover

Business analysis, digital transformation, project management, business and IT alignment of digitally driven initiatives, design & improvement of digital operating models, Robotics Process Automation, etc.

 

As a Junior Business Analyst you will:

 

• Work on process improvement projects for our clients in the financial sector (banking, insurance)

• Coordinate business/IT alignment on technology driven business initiatives

• Use your analytical skills in order to capture and specify business requirements

• Enhance your technical knowledge, as well as your soft skills, and get familiar with the EY way of working

• Interact with your colleagues on international level, and participate in attractive learning programs and  technical trainings.

What are we looking for?

 

• Degree in a relevant field

• Relevant professional experience (between 1–2 years) in a similar role; exposure to consulting or to the financial industry is a major asset

• Excellent business English, and a solid level of French and/or Dutch

• Affinity with technical & IT matters

• Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy

• Eagerness to learn more about the Banking and Insurance industry in Belgium and beyond

• Solid communication and presentation skills.

Moreover, the following are welcome

• Interest in working for the financial industry

• Experience working with, or certifications such as Agile, ITIL, Scrum, or other Project Management methodologies.
