In order to assist our HR Business Partner team, we are currently looking to recruit, starting on December 2018 (preferably) or January 2019 :

HR Trainee (m/f) (6 months - 12 months)

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the HR Business Partner team. Your responsibilities will include:

·  Participating in the day to day HR activities, answering employees queries and supporting with the administrative tasks;
·  Formalizing HR processes and procedures;
·  Providing periodic reports and statistics;
·  Participating in the integration process of new hires;
·  Supporting the organization of the evaluation process;
·  Participating in local projects.

 All these tasks will be done in close relations with the HR team members and our internal clients.

Your profile:  

·  You follow a Bachelor/Master degree in HR or similar
·  You are fluent in English & French/German (any other languages will be considered as an asset)
·  You are rigorous, organized, flexible, proactive and detail oriented
·  You know how to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment in order to anticipate the team's needs
·  You are able to handle sensitive matters and ensure confidentiality
·  You have excellent communication skills
·  You are a flexible team worker and able to manage stressful situations
·  You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
