Onboarding Associate with German

Your key responsibilities

In this particular role, you will support HR team in Germany in onboarding activities.

·  Building and maintaining positive business relationships within a net of stakeholders in EY Germany – recruiters, hiring managers and HR Services
·  Managing onboarding process administrative tasks and communication to different parties
·  Ensuring accurate data managemnet and professional communication at all times in line with expectations of both EY and the candidates in the process
