Job description



Role brief

Work closely with thecustomer team to develop and manage many of the operationalprocessesrequired on a day to day basis.

Processes would include:

·  Prepare dashboards to provide status updates, generate insights, assess performance in terms of pipeline, revenue etc.
·  Prepare documents, presentations and dashboards for meetings or for the leadership that are ready for circulation to senior leadership - consistency, font sizing, slide spacing, page numbering - meeting EY standards
· 
Data aggregation activities by sourcing the required information from both internal and external sources like ARD, MDM, OneSource, Factiva, CompanyInfogator, BoardEx etc.

· 
Coordinate with other internal teams, e.g. Knowledge, AWS, BMC, Finance, Technology, etc. to leverage existing skills for achieving project goals.

· 
Support maintenance of SharePoint sites by managing content.

· 
Maintenance of distribution lists and regular audits to ensure continued alignment.

· 
Provide inputs for process improvement, building efficiencies, automation, standardization etc.

· 
Become integrated into the customer team

Requirements (including experience, skills and additional qualifications)

Experience and qualifications:

•     Graduate / Post-graduatewith 6 to 10 years work experience inBusiness Process management (BPM), consulting, research

Mandatory skills & attributes:

· 
Project coordination – Capable of engaging in effectively multiple stakeholders, understanding the objectives of their programs/initiatives

· 
Project Management – Basic/ Intermediate knowledge of Project Management concepts and tools

· 
Reporting and analytical skills – Experience and proven ability to read, understand and sanitize the data, build reports and provide insights from the data

· 
Presentation and facilitation skills - Ability to build presentations that interpret the data, creating valuable business insights and facilitate the session for the stakeholders

· 
Work under minimal direction/supervision - Be accountable for projects assigned and their delivery with complete ownership

· 
Business acumen and Adaptability – Capable of quickly understanding the needs of the business and be able to align with changing customer expectations

Quick learner - Ability to grasp or quickly understand the process and deliver
