Job description
Responsibilities:
· Install Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) Based Software, including setup of its SDK
· OUAF Software List(but not limited to): CC&B, MDM, MWM, WAM, and OUCSS
· Install Required Third Party Applications of OUAF Software: Java Development Kit (JDK), Hibernate, Oracle Weblogic, Oracle Database, Microfocus NetExpress
· Install Custom Packages for OUAF Software
· Manage, Organize, Backup installers for OUAF Based Software as well as the corresponding third party applications
· Create, delete, manage Oracle Database
· Troubleshoot windows related issues with OUAF Software
· Troubleshoot OUAF Related issues such as app servers not starting properly, thread pool workers not processing batch jobs, packages not installing properly
· Assist both local and onsite resources with technical issues
Qualifications:
· 2 to 3 years experience with maintaining OUAF
· With experience in setting up and maintaining Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA)
· Good analytical and problem solving skills
· Able to trace and deduce causes of issues/errors
· Resourceful
· Capable of finding solutions from various sources
· Able to find and use new tools to help the development team
· Must have knowledge of Windows as well as Unix/Linux
· Good grasp of English for communicating/assisting onsite counterparts
· Bachelor's Degree in any computer-related courses
· Must be willing to work in Ortigas and/or McKinley, Taguig City
