GDS Payroll Operate Services
Roles & Responsibilities:
· To lead/ coordinate Global Payroll Operate Projects across Service Delivery, Technology and Compliance
· Manage efficient implementations of leading practices across target countries/ Region/ Area
· Manage potential issues that may arise during the project phase, ensure efficient solution is arrived at
· Participate and contribute in business improvement initiatives
· Own assigned projects and drive to completion
· Establish, maintain and develop strong and trusted stakeholder relationships
· Work closely with leadership team across geography
· Organize and lead stakeholder meeting for the projects
· Report periodic project status, escalate issues and risks in a timely manner
· Act as a primary contact on assigned projects
· Contribute efficiently and effectively as an individual or member of a team on projects
Technical Skills and Qualification:
· Strong Project management and coordination skills
· Good understanding of project planning tools e.g. MS Projects
· Good knowledge of process/ flowcharting tools e.g. MS Visio, Blueworks
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong inclination to technology to drive technology deployment projects
· Should hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce/Science
· Knowledge of Payroll is an advantage
· Ability to work across time zones
· Flexible to work in different shift timings
