In order to support the growth of our Advisory Department, we are currently looking to recruit a:
 
Junior Fund Registration Officer (m/f)

Your responsibilities:
·  Preparation of application files compliant with UCITS and AIFMD regulations
·  Registration of UCITS and AIFs and registration maintenance services
·  Liaise with foreign regulators on a regular basis
·  Review marketing documentation to be used for cross-border distribution of UCITS and AIFs
·  Perform monitoring of regulatory changes within countries in Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East
 
 
Your profile:
·  Graduate in foreign languages, economics, law.
·  Knowledge of regulations (UCITS, AIFMD, MiFiDII,) 
·  Project management skills is an advantage
·  Client relationship management
·  Fluency in English or German is necessary. Knowledge of any other language is appreciated
