Your key responsibilities

Our Supply Chain Management Consultants are valued members of the EY team using a structured project methodology to define, develop and implement the supply chain modules of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.  This is a client-facing role requiring a team-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for helping with the entire supply chain design of our clients’ systems to determine business requirements and help our clients achieve successful implementations. 
 
Skills and attributes for success


·  Working in project teams through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project life cycle
·  Deep understanding of business process and the ability to adapt those in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
·  Collaborating with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management market
·  Lead supply chain design process by meeting with business process leaders to determine business requirements
·  Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various modules within Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
·  Teaming with client technology professionals and third-party strategic alliances
·  Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
·  Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives

To qualify for the role you must have

·  Bachelor's degree and two or more years of related work experience
·  Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, and / or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations (Analysis through Deployment)
·  Minimum of 2 years implementation experience with MS Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, and / or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
·  Prior ERP consulting experience
·  Experience in discrete manufacturing
·  Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
·  Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry-specific business and technology functions

Ideally, you’ll also have

·  Degree emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS or Mathematics desired; master’s degree in one of these areas preferred
·  Microsoft Dynamics Certifications
