Job description



As part of the Talent team, provide brand, marketing and communications support to deliver a compelling employer/ recruitment branding presence in Singapore. Your role is to increase awareness and consideration of EY as an Employer of Choice, thus creating a pipeline for both campus and experienced hiring and enabling recruiting teams to hire the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

 

·  Be the chief storyteller of EY as an Employer of Choice - Drive current and new initiatives to define and convey our differentiated brand
·  Custodian of Singapore Talent team's recruitment marketing collaterals inclusive of the development and curation, ensuring compliance with communication guidelines
·  Drive monthly business analysis and updates to review campaign performances and marketing ROI
·  To translate EY's employer brand, propose initiatives to further define and differentiate our employer brand
·  Adopt a hands-on approach to build and maintain employer brand and marketing campaigns from conception to implementation
·  Lead local talent market employee research to gain insights into the talent market and lead change. Work with local recruitment (campus and experienced) and map relevant audiences
·  Drive the localization of EY's global employer brand strategy and value proposition
·  Lead participation in the most relevant events while partnering with the recruitment team in making sure the generation and capturing of leads are maximized
·  Define measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns
·  Actively benchmark and utilize market research and emerging technology to make recommendations on emerging trends and technologies in the social media space that will advance the talent function

Skills and attributes for success

·  Excellent written and oral English language skills
·  Solid knowledge of the employer branding methodology and the most efficient modern practices
·  Deep insights to recruitment marketing and talent acquisition tactics
·  Ability to forge relationships across the business
·  Comfortable with ambiguity and is a self-starter
·  At least 5 years of relevant experience
