The opportunity
We are now recruiting for our Analytics Team which has been set-up to meet unprecedented market demand.  The Analytics Team will deliver leading edge business intelligence and analytics for our clients, to drive performance improvement across multiple services and operational functions.  

The Analytics Team will be one of a number of services being delivered from the EY UK&I Delivery Centre based in Belfast. You will be joining this new team at an exciting time and will have the opportunity see the team and its offerings develop from the beginning. You will report to the Analytics Team Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing dynamic team who are changing how we deliver services to our clients.

Your key responsibilities This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing team – Data Analytics – within EY. The role will be client focused but based in the UK&I Delivery Centre.

Typical activities will include the following:

·  Developing performance dashboards and automated reports which our clients will use to manage their businesses and  drive performance improvement
·  Maintaining and enhancing dashboards based on client requests and statutory changes
·  Development, implementation and maintenance of monthly reporting cycles so that the dashboards and other reports that EY produce are accurate and on time 
·  Identifying opportunities to enhance and automate reporting for our clients therefore providing them with great service delivery
·  Liaising with the EY onsite client team to report progress and manage risks and issues
·  Develop innovative solutions tailoring our insights and solutions to the relevant industry sector such as the health sector
·  Responsible for a range of tools and infrastructure to load, manipulate and analyse data following leading standards for data security and privacy

To qualify for the role you must have
·  A Graduate with a strong academic record
·  Analytically minded and have the ability to assimilate and apply new techniques and knowledge quickly to deliver insights and solve problems
·  Strong team working skills
·  Desire and ambition to be proficientin various analytical tools and systems – specifically MS SQL Server, MS Master Data Services, MS Analytics, MS Reporting Services
·  Comfortable balancing multiple projects and priorities
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Experience in the health sector performance data would be desirable
