Job Description:

· Monitor EY contracts. Analyze agreements, KPI´s and working scope.

· Follow up on agendas and project compliance.

· Ensure that the work done is within the budget and deviations have valid reasons or explanations.

· Direct communication with foreign offices and global coordination.

. Billing procedures for the different engagements that work within foreign offices, for managers in charge of them.

 

Requirements:

·  Advanced English and German level- both oral and written.
·  Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
·  Willingness to learn and grow in a multicultural firm.
·  Proactivity
·  Broad time availability.
·  Degree or students in Administration, Finance, Economics or Communications
·  Advanced command of MS office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
