Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Join our Risk Management team and help protect EY from risks that arise from its professional practice. Risk Management teams provide coordinated advice and assistance on independence, conflicts, regulatory and risk management issues, as well as dealing with claims, and any queries regarding the organization’s ethics. You’ll help us meet our compliance responsibilities while supporting our client-facing teams as they deliver quality service to their clients.

Job summary

·  Should have experience on secondary research. Database knowledge will be add on.
·  People management experience and should eb able to handle pressurized situation with ease.
·  Perform basic research on relevant secondary sources and synthesize business information into established or customized pre-formatted knowledge deliverables
·  Work independently or participate on project teams to provide research in response to requests from internal E&Y practitioners adhering to strong quality assurance standards
·  Translate complex, strategic or undefined business needs into integrated knowledge solutions, delving into the primary reason for the request and managing expectations of the requestor
·  Build collaborative relationships with Q&RM colleagues and requestors
·  Promote the sharing of leveraged knowledge and information resources across the firm

Key responsibilities

·  Conduct comprehensive google search skills, can read websites, company financials and management. 
·  Need to be self-driven
·  Strong ability to understand the background and context of research requirement
·  Process oriented
·  Exceptional logical reasoning skills
·  Should be able to think and communicate in a structured fashion; should listen to and accurately capture others’ ideas, expectations and concerns; should be clear and concise when responding to questions.

·  Exceptional customer service skills including responsiveness, commitment to quality, attention to details and accuracy
·  Strong verbal communication skills
·  Should have a strong and highly motivated work ethic, and be an excellent team player

Qualifications, Education and Certification
Education

·  A Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business Management would be preferred

Experience

·  3-4 year of experience in business research
